LIFE+ Environmental policy and governance

The specific goals of LIFE+ Environmental policy and governance will be, according to the 6th PMA goals, on priority fiels such as climate change, environment, health and lifestyle, as well as natural resources and waste material:

- Contributing to the development and proof of plannings, technologies, methods and innovative political instruments.

- Contributing to the consolidation of the knowledge for development, valuation, tracking and testing of the European policy and laws on nature and biodiversity.

- Supporting the conception and application of plans and instruments for the tracking and testing of the environment and biodiversity and the factors, pressure and reactions that have an influence on them.

- Making the application of the European environmental policy easier, focusing on the local and regional application.

- Favouring a better governance on environment, promoting the participation of the parts involved, including non- governmental organizations, when asked about the policy and laws on nature and biodiversity, and its application.
